  • Can I send RSVP invitations to my list of guests?

    Yes, you can import your guest list. The system will automatically send personalised invitation emails for every guest. You can also manually add or remove guests after the initial upload.

  • What happens if an attendee loses their ticket?

    Attendees can always access their tickets through their confirmation email or by logging into the event portal (if they created an account, which is optional upon registration). As an organiser, you can also resend ticket confirmations if needed.

  • Can I scan tickets without an internet connection?

    Yes. Although it is best to have an internet connection available on all smartphones used to scan tickets, we offer an innovative offline mode in case the connection drops. You can download your guest list before the event and use the app offline for check-in. The system will automatically sync all check-in data once you're back online. Keep in mind that in offline mode, devices cannot sync, meaning the same ticket could be scanned and allowed at multiple entry points. This is prevented when working online.

  • What devices are compatible with the scanning app?

    The app works on both iOS and Android devices, with support for smartphones and tablets. You can download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • What if attendees have issues accessing their tickets?

    Attendees can log into the event portal (if they created an account, which is optional upon registration) to retrieve tickets or contact support directly. Organisers can also resend tickets instantly.

  • Can I export attendee data after the event?

    Yes. You can export attendee data, including check-in stats, in CSV format for post-event analysis.
