How to resolve a reCAPTCHA error?

To protect our website from excessive bot traffic, eventplanner.net uses Google's Invisible reCAPTCHA. Unlike traditional tools that require users to solve challenges like identifying objects or typing distorted text, Invisible reCAPTCHA works in the background, analyzing user behaviour to determine whether you're human.

Why am I seeing a reCAPTCHA error?

If you encounter a reCAPTCHA error, it means Google has mistakenly identified you as a bot.

Solution:

In most cases, simply retrying to submit the form, login, or repeat the action will resolve the issue.

What if the issue persists?

If the problem continues, it may be caused by an (unsafe) browser plugin, an overactive ad blocker, or overly aggressive antivirus software. Try switching to a different browser, which often resolves the issue. If that doesn't work, you can also try using a different device or connecting from another IP address.
