Pleasant cooperation

Through Kim, an agency from the Netherlands came here with a group of 35 guests to organize a nice incentive, with overnight glamping, breathing workshops, ice bath exercises, and enjoying the wellness. Despite the cold weather for the time of year, we made something beautiful together! Thanks Kim for carrying Daft Hotel forward and until the next one!

Via Kim kwam een agency uit Nederland hier met een groepje van 35 gasten een mooi incentive organiseren, met overnahcting glamping, ademworkshops, ijsbad oefeningen, en genieten van de wellness. Ondanks het frisse weer voor de tijd van het jaar, maakten we er samen iets mooi van! Bedankt Kim om Daft Hotel naar voren te dragen en tot een volgende!

An unforgettable family weekend

Last year we had a fantastic family weekend in the Ardennes, partly thanks to the excellent service of Destination Wallonia. We had rented a large house as a surprise for the family and Kim made sure that everything was arranged down to the last detail: a delicious breakfast, a fun activity for the whole family followed by a well-prepared picnic and in the evening private chefs who spoiled us with a great dinner. The contact with Kim went very smoothly, both before and during the weekend. Especially the fast communication via WhatsApp was a big plus for us. We felt really unburdened and were able to fully enjoy our weekend.
We were so pleased with Kim's help that we asked her again this year to arrange some things for us for a weekend with friends and we are already looking forward to it :)

nlEen onvergetelijk familieweekend
Vorig jaar hebben we een fantastisch familieweekend gehad in de Ardennen, mede dankzij de uitstekende service van Destination Wallonia. We hadden een groot huis gehuurd als verrassing voor de familie en Kim zorgde ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld was: een heerlijk ontbijt, een leuke activiteit voor de hele familie met aansluitend een goed verzorgde picknick en in de avond privékoks die ons verwenden met een geweldig diner. Het contact met Kim verliep heel vlot, zowel vooraf als tijdens het weekend. Vooral de snelle communicatie via WhatsApp was een groot pluspunt voor ons. We voelden ons echt ontzorgd en konden volop genieten van ons weekend.
We waren zo tevreden met de hulp van Kim dat we haar dit jaar opnieuw hebben gevraagd om enkele zaken voor ons te regelen voor een weekend met vrienden en we kijken er nu alweer naar uit :)

Road trip Wallonia with Kim de Lescluze

With our company we made a beautiful 4-day road trip through Wallonia. Kim de Lescluze was our host on site.
She is a very nice organizer to work with:
1. She was always there when you needed her.
2. Who you could contact with all your questions.
3. Nothing was too much.
4. Had everything under control down to the last detail.
5. Very pleasant to communicate with.
6. Knew a lot about the area.
7. Know what unburdening is.
In short, she knows very well how to make a group of more than 40 colleagues enjoy themselves without any worries, with a big smile.

nlRoadtrip Wallonie met Kim de Lescluze
Met ons bedrijf hebben wij een mooie roadtrip van 4 dagen gemaakt door Wallonië. Kim de Lescluze was onze host ter plaatste.
Ze is een hele fijne organisator om mee samen te werken:
1. Ze stond altijd klaar als je haar nodig had.
2. Bij wie je met al je vragen terecht kon.
3. Niets te veel was.
4. Tot in de puntjes alles onder controle had.
5. Erg prettig om mee te communiceren.
6. Veel wist van de omgeving.
7. Weet wat ontzorgen is.
Kortom ze weet heel goed hoe je, met een grote glimlach, een groep van ruim 40 collega's onbezorgd kunt laten genieten.
Heel erg bedankt Kim en natuurlijk ook haar partner Aymeric.

Fantastic guidance in Ghent

Our mortgage department has been around for 25 years and we have chosen to move the entire office (including supporters) to Ghent.
Here we met Kim as tour guide. From the first moment (while we were still on the bus) to the end, she arranged everything wonderfully.
We are very happy that Kim was with us and if we go to our neighboring country again, I will definitely call Kim.
Thanks again Kim and I hope you enjoy guiding other groups just as much! We drove back to the Netherlands with a smile.

nlFantastische begeleiding in Gent
Onze hypotheekafdeling bestaat 25 jaar en hiervoor hebben we gekozen om met het gehele kantoor (inclusief aanhang) naar Gent te gaan.
Hier troffen wij als reisleidster Kim aan. Vanaf het eerste moment (toen we nog in de bus onderweg waren) tot en met het einde heeft ze alles super geregeld.
We zijn ontzettend blij dat Kim bij ons was en mochten we weer naar ons buurland gaan dan bel ik zeker weten Kim op.
Kim nogmaals dank en ik hoop dat je met net zoveel plezier andere groepen begeleidt! Wij zijn met een glimlach terug naar Nederland gereden.

We had a super fun weekend in Ghent together with Kim and 125 colleagues. Kim is a spontaneous travel guide who was there for us all weekend and ensured that everything went very smoothly and well!

We had a fantastic experience with Kim from Destination Wallonia. She did an incredible job planning and coordinating our corporate party and team building event. Her approach was very professional and her dedication to our event was admirable.
She was always available to answer questions, discuss concerns and make suggestions to make our event even more special. It was reassuring to know that she was always just a phone call or email message away, and she always acted quickly and efficiently, even with last minute changes. She never forgot a detail and made sure everything was planned and prepared down to the last detail. This gave us confidence that our event would run smoothly, and it did!

Ze was altijd beschikbaar om vragen te beantwoorden, zorgen te bespreken en suggesties te doen om ons evenement nog specialer te maken. Het was geruststellend om te weten dat ze altijd slechts een telefoontje of e-mailbericht verwijderd was, en ze handelde altijd snel en efficiënt, zelfs bij last-minute aanpassingen. Ze vergat nooit een detail en zorgde ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes was gepland en voorbereid. Dit gaf ons het vertrouwen dat ons evenement soepel zou verlopen, en dat deed het ook!

Corporate event in Ghent

Last spring, Destination Wallonia DMC organized a corporate event in Ghent for a Dutch Accountancy company. CityCycling Gent was the partner for the guided bicycle tour. Not only was this event very well prepared, everything on the day itself also went very smoothly and on time. Responding to last minute changes and changing weather conditions was no problem. Very nice collaboration!!!

Afgelopen lente organiseerde Destination Wallonia DMC een bedrijfsevent in Gent voor een Nederlands Accountancy bedrijf. CityCycling Gent was de partner voor de begeleide fietstour. Dit event was niet alleen heel goed voorbereid, ook de dag zelf verliep alles heel vlot en stipt. Inspelen op last minute wijzigingen en veranderende weersomstandigheden was geen enkel probleem. Heel fijne samenwerking!!!

Very professional and goes further than just doing their job

On our event (with 400pax) Kim was very prepared. Even tasks outside her fieldwork, she took them on with great ease. Of coarse, when you have so many people at a 3-day event, a lot of things happen, but Kim always stayed calm and solved the problems. One of the main important things to me: she was always available!
