After years of experience in the hospitality/event sector as a bar employee and room manager, I started Brightheart Events.

During corona I took a course as a wedding planner.

In the meantime I have organized a number of parties on which I have received very positive feedback.

I have also been hired several times as a freelancer to work with another event planner on the day of an event.

When organizing a wedding or private event, I like to listen to the wishes of the customer first, after which I take on the entire planning.

I take care of the decoration of the room, always working with a great eye for detail, the follow-up of the catering, the music, the lighting, the setting of the atmosphere down to the smallest details, the organization and division of tasks of the staff, the timing , in short, the complete planning of the event.

The 'look and feel' of the event is first thoroughly coordinated with the customer according to his/her wishes and personality. That is why I think a preliminary exploratory interview is very important. I want to make sure that we are on the same page, so that I can give your event a personal touch, in line with the expectations of each client individually.

The event is only successful for me if the customer has the feeling that it was something truly unique.

For the events that I have already organized, I have always succeeded in creating an atmosphere that has resulted in very positive comments afterwards.

In a budget-friendly way, I can give heart and soul to your event with the right details and ideas.

Sometimes it's those small details that make the difference, but in any case, the entire event must run smoothly. I don't like to leave anything to chance.

My personal touch is given by the finishing of the whole, I dare to say that I always work original, personal, creative and detailed.

During the event itself, I make sure that everything runs smoothly, so that the customer really doesn't have to worry about anything on the day itself.

Na jaren ervaring in horeca/eventsector als barmedewerker en zaal verantwoordelijke, heb ik Brightheart Events opgestart.

Tijdens corona heb ik een opleiding gevolgd als weddingplanner.

Ondertussen heb ik een aantal feesten georganiseerd waar ik zeer positieve feedback op heb gekregen.

Ook als freelance ben ik al verschillende keren ingehuurd voor op de dag zelf van een event samen te werken met een ander eventplanner.

Bij het organiseren van een trouw-of privé-event luister ik graag eerst naar de wensen van de klant, waarna ik de volledige planning op mij neem.

Ik verzorg het aankleden van de zaal, waarbij ik steeds met veel oog voor detail te werk ga, de opvolging van de catering, de muziek, de verlichting, de sfeerzetting tot in de kleinste details, de organisatie en takenverdeling van het personeel, de timing, kortom de volledige planning van het event.

De 'look en feel' van het event wordt eerst grondig met de klant afgestemd volgens zijn/haar wensen en persoonlijkheid. Net daarom vind ik een voorafgaand verkennend gesprek ook heel belangrijk. Ik wil er zeker van zijn dat we op dezelfde lijn zitten, zodat ik jouw event een persoonlijke touch kan geven, in lijn van de verwachtingen van elke klant afzonderlijk.

Het event is voor mij pas geslaagd als de klant het gevoel heeft dat het iets echt uniek was.

Voor de events die ik reeds georganiseerd heb, ben ik er steeds in geslaagd een sfeer te creëren die achteraf voor heel positieve commentaren hebben gezorgd.

Op een budgetvriendelijke manier kan ik met de juiste details en ideeën een hart en ziel geven aan jouw event.

Soms zijn het die kleine details die het verschil maken, maar in ieder geval moet heel het event rimpelloos verlopen. Ik houd er niet van om iets aan het toeval over te laten.

Mijn persoonlijke touch wordt gegeven door de afwerking van het geheel, ik durf te zeggen dat ik steeds origineel, persoonlijk, creatief en gedetailleerd te werk ga.

Tijdens het event zelf zorg ik ervoor dat alles in goede banen geleid wordt, zodat dat de klant zich werkelijk van niets nog moet aantrekken op de dag zelf.

50th wedding anniversary

Our anniversary was organized to perfection.
location, dj, food and drinks, personal touch happening
everything was finished and taken care of down to the last detail.
all guests were full of praise for this holiday.
