Keeping an overview of the entire process of projects and events, keeping an eye on objectives and monitoring (financial) frameworks is what he is good at. He has an eye for processes. Analyzing this, improving it and guiding it is something he does naturally. And with great pleasure!
He has broad experience in various roles within public events and TV productions. Taking charge of the entire organization as a producer, or overseeing the entire organization as a project manager and maintaining contact with external stakeholders are things he likes to do.
