1. Introductory meeting
Contact us for a no-obligation introductory meeting. During this conversation we will discuss your wishes, objectives, available budget and expectations for the event. We listen carefully and ask questions to better understand your needs.
2. Quotation and proposal
After our introductory meeting you will receive a detailed quote and event proposal. Here you can clearly see the costs, including our services and any extras. Discuss and adjust the quote until it fully meets your expectations. We strive for a perfect match between our offer and your wishes.
3. Concept development
After approval of the quotation, we immediately start concept development. We present a creative concept with the theme, location, decoration, catering and entertainment. Your feedback is essential, we adjust the concept until it fully matches your vision.
4. Planning and organization
After approval of the concept, we start the detailed planning. We draw up a timeline with important milestones. You are regularly informed and have the opportunity to provide input, so you remain closely involved in every phase of the organization.
5. Execution
On the day of the event we ensure a flawless execution. Our team coordinates everything from logistics to entertainment and is ready to deal with any unforeseen circumstances. This way you can fully concentrate on enjoying the event.
6. Evaluation
After the event we schedule an evaluation meeting to discuss satisfaction. Your valuable feedback helps us improve our services. We may look together at possible next steps for future collaboration.
