Prior to the grand opening of the BMCC (Bruges Meeting & Convention Centre ) @dmire as experienced full service PCO, had the opportunity to organize a hybrid conference in this new conference center, which turned into a memorable event full of innovative and sustainable aspects.

Together with our reliable partners, we secured the hospitality of the event industry, used new ecological paper badges, served local bites and fine-tuned light, sound and images into an audio-visual total concept.

We are delighted to announce that @dmire has been elected as winner of the World Travel Award - Leading Destination Management Company 2021 in Belgium !

For the world’s leading supplier of energy and automation products, we used the brilliant idea for a corporate team building and invited the staff to let their creativity run free as they brought life to a blank canvas.

Instructed by our graffiti artist, they learned all about tagging, drips and the right inlines. Then, armed with spray paint, they created a work of art that they could take home and treasure.

…. and the team loved it.

Organizing following the new norm so that people can chill out and embrace the atmosphere and fun of the Flanders regional Sports and Family festival deGordel, that’s how #admirebelgium as event organizer contributed with the Covid Safe ticket (The Belgian version of the EU Digital Covid Certificate). Re-opening larger scale events and having safety measures in place but enjoying getting together with outdoor animation and activities.

As representing local DMC in Belgium @dmire was pleased to support this event produced and managed by Imagination Europe Ltd with professional services for the planning and implementation of ‘Bring on Tomorrow’ Experience by Ford in Belgium such as;

security on site, Local Covid restriction guidelines and procedures , power supply , hiring stewards, contracting additional meeting facilities at the nearby Kinepolis, delivering high and low fencing to secure access, assistance during build and de-rig phases and sourcing and contracting the location.

@dmire suggested The Wellington Racetrack in the city of Oostende, a venue that responded nicely to the needed requirements as a premium location with visibility of the sealed airbeam structure , the showcase cars and test drive vehicles from the road, the coastal tramline and the sea promenade.

Belgians in vacation mode during their summer holidays had the opportunity to experience a test drive with the #FordMustangMachE and got informed on other Ford innovations and electric vehicles in a fun , interactive and accessible way.

A customer journey to remember

@dmire events has always been looking for opportunities and anticipated following the revolution in the event sector causes by the health crisis.

We integrated the new safety restrictions to meet live again and offered event solutions with Covid Safe Ticket scanning in Belgium which is similar to the EU Digital COVID Certificate.

StraPatZen a regional outdoor street theater festival decided to meet live again and relied on us for all logistics to secure access following the safety and security measures at the ColomaPark – We delivered a friendly meet and greet service, CST scanning , ticket scanning , event fencing, crowd control barriers and for those not being fully vaccinated a Covid-19 rapid antigen testing in cooperation with Red Cross Flanders –

Our crew was more than happy to open doors where families enjoyed the open-air life entertainment without mouth masks and social distancing.
