Our history dates back to the time of the Vikings. The people of the Vikings can best be described as Tough, Adventurous, Strong and Brothers. You need these legendary qualities for the Strong Viking run. An obstacle run, mud run, assault course, obstacle run or obstacle run is an event in which running is combined with taking obstacles. Strong Viking Obstacle Run's mission is to make participants physically and mentally stronger. Oorah!
The first real obstacle run took place in England in 1987, where British soldier Billy Wilson devised a 15-kilometer assault course for his Tough Guy event. However, the sport really took off when Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) blew over to America.
