Our crew planning transparent thanks to Crew on Tour
This spring we approached Crew on Tour to develop a personalized version of Crewtool, a crew planning tool for us.
From the first contact to the final delivery of the tool, there has been frequent contact about how things should be arranged.
The people of Crew on Tour do not shy away from challenges and find a solution for many issues within Crewtool.
Even after delivery, they assist us with advice and assistance with all kinds of questions. If we want an extra feature, a solution will be found for this and incorporated into our work environment within the foreseeable future.
Crewtool is a solution with maximum flexibility when it comes to inserting new features or modifying existing parts. We have now been working with the system to our full satisfaction for six months and there will be another upgrade soon, which will give us an even better overview of the ins and outs of our crew.
Both our (external) employees and our planners have insight into current affairs, the use of commercial vehicles, upcoming projects and hours worked. All in all, a complete package of things for which we previously worked with various systems side by side.
We therefore wholeheartedly recommend Crewtool from Crew on Tour!

nlOnze crewplanning inzichtelijk dankzij Crew on Tour
Dit voorjaar hebben wij Crew on Tour benaderd om voor ons een gepersonaliseerde versie van Crewtool, een crewplanningstool, te ontwikkelen.
Vanaf het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke oplevering van de tool zijn is er veelvuldig contact geweest over hoe zaken ingericht dienen te worden.
De mensen van Crew on Tour gaan uitdagingen niet uit de weg en vinden voor veel vraagstukken binnen Crewtool een oplossing.
Ook na de oplevering staan ze ons bij met raad en daad bij allerhande vragen. Willen we een extra feature dan wordt hier een oplossing voor gevonden en binnen afzienbare tijd ingepast in onze werkomgeving.
Crewtool is een oplossing met maximale flexibiliteit als het gaat om het invoegen van nieuwe features of aanpassen van bestaande onderdelen. Inmiddels werken we een half jaar naar volle tevredenheid met het systeem en binnenkort zal er weer een upgrade plaatshebben waardoor we nog meer overzicht krijgen in het reilen en zeilen van onze crew.
Zowel voor onze (externe) medewerkers als onze planners is er inzicht in lopende zaken, de inzet van bedrijfsvoertuigen, aankomende projecten en gewerkte uren. Alles bij elkaar een compleet pakket van zaken waarvoor we eerder met diverse systemen naast elkaar werkten.
Wij raden Crewtool van Crew on Tour dan ook van harte aan!
