Did you know that roadbooks are a great way to enjoy a great teambuilding with your team?
📖 A roadbook is a book that shows you and your co-pilot the way along the most beautiful roads the region has to offer. The pilot and co-pilot must work together to successfully find the route and arrive at the correct location. A road book is therefore a completely analogous way of following a route.
👨🎓 Little to no experience is required to read our roadbooks. There is a manual available if you have never done this before. Each step is a maneuver that must be performed. For example, it may say that in 0.5 KM at the intersection you must turn left into Kerkstraat. For each step, there is first the number of kilometers up to that step. These can then be calculated by means of the car or an app so that you know exactly where the step occurs.
🏎 The maneuver is indicated by means of the 'ball-arrow principle'. These are symbols where the dot is your starting position and the arrow is where you need to drive. We also add street names and additional information such as traffic signs in unclear situations. On the right page we place an overview of the route on the left page as an extra tool, as well as checkpoints per page if you forget a step.

📖 Een roadbook is een boek dat u en uw co-piloot de weg wijst langs de mooiste wegen dat de streek te bieden heeft. De piloot en co-piloot moeten samenwerken om de route succesvol te vinden en op de juiste locatie aan te komen. Een roadbook is dus een volledig analoge manier om een route te volgen.
👨🎓 Voor het lezen van onze roadbooks is er weinig tot geen ervaring vereist. Er is wel een handleiding aanwezig indien u dit nog nooit gedaan hebt. Iedere stap is een maneuver dat moet uitgevoerd worden. Zo kan er bijvoorbeeld staan dat u over 0,5KM op het kruispunt linksaf de Kerkstraat in moet. Per stap staat er eerst het aantal kilometers tot aan die stap. Deze kunnen dan door middel van de auto of een app berekend worden zodat u exact weet waar de stap zich voor doet.
🏎 Het maneuver wordt aangegeven door middel van het ‘bolletje-pijl principe’. Dit zijn symbolen waar het bolletje uw startpositie is en de pijl waar u naartoe moet rijden. Ook plaatsen wij de straatnamen er bij en extra informatie zoals verkeersborden in onduidelijke situaties. Op de rechtse pagina plaatsen wij een overzicht van de route op de linkse pagina als extra hulpmiddel, alsook checkpoints per pagina indien u een stap vergeet.
