The BAM Marketing Congress attracts more than a thousand marketers every year. This year the Congress took place at Brussels Gate, an event venue near Brussels in Groot-Bijgaarden.
Marketers, agencies and other interested stakeholders enjoyed the inspiring eye-opening talks and learned best practices and business cases from 60 experts on 3 different stages. For the first time this year, we created 2 workshops areas called Labs - the Insights Lab and the Web3 Lab - where attendees could gain more informal and personal tips and tricks from a whole host of great speakers. In the Marketing Village, attendees could the meet and expand their network and discover the best marketing solutions available thanks to the wide range of partners and exhibitors that were present.
The entire organisation of the Marketing Congress was entrusted to us by BAM - the Belgian Association of Marketing. The development of the event concept, the construction of the stages and the Marketing Village, the keynote speaker management, the search and follow-up of the partners, the provision of the necessary technical know-how,...even the entire communication and marketing plan was outsourced to Forum Europe | OFCORES.
The Congress theme and the selection of speakers was done in consultation with the marketing federation. This year's theme of "Re-think" as well as the purple and orange brand colours and visual were integrated into all the event branding and communication.
