Ecco La Luna launches a new website with an extensive range of coaching and team building activities!
Last week we at Ecco La Luna launched our new website. On this site you will find a complete overview of all our coaching, team building and events. With a clear division into categories, the new site acts as a handy guide that guides you through Ecco La Luna's offering.
Our manager, Geert Debusschere, explains why we chose this new website. "On the one hand, we thought it was time to give our website a new, refreshing look. On the other hand, it was important for us to highlight our coaching offer much more. In recent years we have provided more and more coaching, and we wanted to make this offer clearer. putting forward."
Coachings in six themes
On our new website we have divided the team coaching offered into six themes. "Diversity and Inclusion and Connecting communication and collaboration are our two main themes. We also offer coaching within the themes of Leadership, Empower your Team and Mission, vision and values, where we like to use different art forms. Finally, we offer coaching under the theme Nurturing teams & individuals."
Experiential learning
Our approach is always the same for the six themes. "We always rely on experiential learning. This means that we let people experience things, and based on that experience we try to anchor the experience gained in new insights and possibly also new behavior. With the themes 'Leadership' and 'Empower your team' We also like to work with organizational setups, sometimes working with horses. We also like to go into nature, with nature and the forest as an additional coaching framework. Our team coaching offering will also be central during our participation in the VOV Fair on Tuesday 4 June in ICC Ghent."
Teambuildings
The innovations on our website go further than just the coaching story. "We have also reworked our team building offering and divided it into ten categories: City Games, Workshops, Sustainable and Social, Challenge your team, Building together, Let's move, Explore nature, Break your brain, Spice up your event, and Online. Behind the scenes We have also worked on better search engine optimization and a better link with social media. This means that our website is ready for the coming years," says Geert Debusschere of Ecco La Luna.

Afgelopen week hebben wij bij Ecco La Luna onze nieuwe website gelanceerd. Op deze site vindt u een compleet overzicht van al onze coachings, teambuildings en events. Met een duidelijke opdeling in categorieën fungeert de nieuwe site als een handige gids die u door het aanbod van Ecco La Luna leidt.
Onze zaakvoerder, Geert Debusschere, legt uit waarom we hebben gekozen voor deze nieuwe website. "Enerzijds vonden we het tijd om onze website een nieuwe, verfrissende look te geven. Anderzijds was het voor ons belangrijk om ons coachingsaanbod veel meer in de verf te zetten. De afgelopen jaren hebben we steeds meer coachings verzorgd, en we wilden dit aanbod duidelijker naar voren brengen."
Coachings in zes thema's
Op onze nieuwe website hebben we de aangeboden teamcoachings onderverdeeld in zes thema's. "Diversiteit en Inclusie en Verbindende communicatie en samenwerking zijn onze twee hoofdthema's. Daarnaast bieden we coachings aan binnen de thema's Leiderschap, Empower your Team en Missie, visie en waarden, waarbij we graag verschillende kunstvormen gebruiken. Tot slot bieden we coachings aan onder het thema Nurturing teams & individuals."
Ervaringsgericht leren
Onze aanpak is bij de zes thema's altijd dezelfde. "Wij gaan altijd uit van ervaringsgericht leren. Dit betekent dat we mensen dingen laten beleven, en vanuit die beleving proberen we de opgedane ervaring te verankeren in nieuwe inzichten en eventueel ook nieuwe gedragingen. Bij de thema's 'Leiderschap' en 'Empower your team' werken we ook graag met organisatieopstellingen, waarbij we soms met paarden werken. Daarnaast trekken we graag de natuur in, met de natuur en het bos als extra coachingskader. Ons aanbod teamcoachings zal ook centraal staan tijdens onze deelname aan de VOV-Beurs op dinsdag 4 juni in ICC Gent."
Teambuildings
De vernieuwingen op onze website gaan verder dan alleen het coachingsverhaal. "We hebben ook ons teambuildingaanbod herwerkt en ondergebracht in tien categorieën: City Games, Workshops, Duurzaam en sociaal, Challenge your team, Building together, Let's move, Explore nature, Break your brain, Spice up your event, en Online. Achter de schermen hebben we bovendien gewerkt aan betere zoekmachineoptimalisatie en een betere koppeling met sociale media. Hiermee is onze website klaar voor de komende jaren," aldus Geert Debusschere van Ecco La Luna.
