From January 2025 we would like to welcome you to The Hall, a large event and conference location of 2700 m². Located on the same grounds as ECC Leiden, but with its own entrance and facilities. Only business events such as a product launch, (car) presentation or conference can take place here. But a company party can also be held here with a band or DJ, food corners and themed decorations!
In addition to a private entrance, there are 2 spacious lobbies (300 and 223 m²) with 2 adjoining boardrooms (each 25 m²), before you enter the main room (1775 m²). This space is specially designed to meet the needs of business meetings and offers sufficient space for conferences or events up to 1000 people. In addition, our 250 free parking spaces are located directly in front of the entrance. Our multifunctional Hall is fully adaptable to your specific wishes, with various options for the design and decoration. The Hall offers the flexibility and professional ambiance you need to make your conference a success. In addition to 2 permanent bar units, The Hall also offers a spacious, multifunctional vide (431 m²) for VIP receptions, as a relaxation area or extra space for various purposes. The spacious toilet groups on the ground floor and cloakroom facilities in one of the two lobbies make this location independent and complete.

Vanaf januari 2025 heten we je graag van harte welkom in The Hall, een grote evenementen- en congreslocatie van 2700 m². Gelegen op hetzelfde terrein als ECC Leiden, maar dan met een eigen ingang en voorzieningen. Hier kunnen uitsluitend zakelijke evenementen plaatsvinden zoals een productlancering, (auto)presentatie of congres. Maar ook een bedrijfsfeest kan hier met een band of dj, foodcorners en decoraties in thema, prima uit de voeten!
Naast een eigen entree zijn er 2 ruime lobbys’s (300 en 223 m²) met 2 aangrenzende boardrooms (elk 25 m²), alvorens je de hoofdruimte (1775 m²) betreedt.Deze ruimte is speciaal ontworpen om aan de behoeften van zakelijke bijeenkomsten te voldoen en biedt voldoende plaats voor congressen of evenementen tot 1000 personen. Bovendien bevinden onze 250 gratis parkeerplaatsen zich direct voor de entree. Onze multifunctionele Hall is volledig aanpasbaar aan jouw specifieke wensen, met diverse mogelijkheden voor de inrichting en aankleding.
