Veldeman delivers impressive infrastructure for prestigious tenth edition of Brussels Stephex Masters
Veldeman is a proud partner of Brussels Stephex Masters, one of the most prestigious jumping events in the world. This five-day event combines top sport, luxury and entertainment and is a real highlight on the international equestrian calendar.
For the tenth edition of this top event, Veldeman provided the entire temporary infrastructure on the beautiful Stephex Stables domain in Wolvertem. Together with Tentmoment, Veldeman built more than 10,000 m² of tent structures.
For the VIP lounges and hospitality areas, an impressive 170m long aluminium hall was placed, which was linked to a 100m long Skyline storey tent. In addition, they installed a public restaurant, a stand village, kitchen tents, bar tents, toilet facilities, spaces for offices, press and crew and storage spaces. A technical feat, in which height differences on the site of up to 6.5 metres were absorbed by means of a substructure system.
Veldeman also took care of the complete decoration of the tent structures by means of carpets, upholstery, banners and wooden finishing.
The project is characterized by a particularly high level of finishing, a lot of customization and some project-specific developments. And this is exactly what Veldeman is good at!

Veldeman is trotse partner van Brussels Stephex Masters, een van de meest prestigieuze jumpingevents ter wereld. Dit vijfdaagse evenement combineert topsport, luxe en entertainment en is een echt hoogtepunt op de internationale hippische kalender.
Voor de tiende editie van dit topevent verzorgde Veldeman de volledige tijdelijke infrastructuur op het prachtige domein van Stephex Stables in Wolvertem. Samen met Tentmoment bouwde Veldeman meer dan 10.000 m² aan tentstructuren.
Voor de VIP-lounges en hospitalityruimtes werd een indrukwekkende aluhal van 170m lang geplaatst, die gekoppeld werd aan een 100 meter lange Skyline etagetent. Daarnaast installeerden ze een publieksrestaurant, een standendorp, keukententen, bartenten, toiletfaciliteiten, ruimtes voor kantoren, pers en crew en opslagruimtes. Een technisch hoogstandje, waarbij hoogteverschillen op het terrein tot 6,5 meter opgevangen werden met behulp van een onderbouwsysteem.
Veldeman zorgde eveneens voor de volledige aankleding van de tentstructuren door middel van tapijten, stoffering, banners en houten afwerking.
Het project kenmerkt zich door een bijzonder hoog afwerkingsniveau, veel maatwerk en enkele projectspecifieke ontwikkelingen. En dit is precies waar Veldeman sterk in is!
