Service charges: Why per ticket and not per transaction?

Service costs per ticket, you probably know it. Why would you pay for each individual ticket, while the handling often takes place per transaction? Flextickets uses a different principle: service costs per transaction, not per ticket. This can be advantageous for both organizers and visitors.

In ticket sales, it is common to charge service fees per ticket sold. These costs can be considerable, especially at larger events or when multiple tickets are purchased at once. Flextickets opts for a different approach.

At Flextickets, the service fee is linked to the transaction, not to the number of tickets. This means that a fixed amount is charged per order, regardless of how many tickets are in that order.
