From Saturday 31 October (the start of the autumn holidays), AED Studios start with a new entertainment concept on the grounds of the Lintse media and events complex. 24 electric Junior Jeeps are available to young and old for educational leisure activities on Wednesday afternoons and during weekends and school holidays. The Junior Jeep Experience is the first phase to broaden the entertainment offer for young people at AED Studios in the future, fully in line with the current corona measures.

The sturdy jeeps are 100% ecological thanks to the fully electric drive. From the age of 10, children are allowed to drive themselves, whether or not accompanied by an adult. AED Studios offers three programs: the one hour 'Jeep Introduction', the 'Driver Experience' of two hours and the 'Bootcamp' of four hours. A fully off-road course has been set out on the spacious grounds of AED Studios for various agility tests, including ramps and a slalom circuit. The youngsters are always accompanied by instructors.

The initiator is the CEO of AED Glenn Roggeman: 'AED Studios stands for entertainment for young and old. Now that we see that major events and shows with an audience are decreasing due to the corona crisis, we started looking for alternatives to still be able to offer relaxation activities in a safe way. With the Junior Jeep Experience, we combine the useful with the pleasant: in a fun way, young people train their agility and learn to handle their vehicle in a disciplined way. We also prepare them for traffic in this way. Everything happens outdoors and in your own family, which is of course very important today. '

Children from the age of 10 are allowed to drive themselves, under the age of 10 they must be accompanied by an adult companion. This adult can always take a seat in the jeep for free. The price for the one-hour 'Jeep Introduction' initiation program is 59 euros per junior, for the two-hour 'Driver Experience' you pay 99 euros and the price for the four-hour 'Bootcamp' is 150 euros. For birthday parties, a program of 2h30 has been developed that will cost 80 euros per person. AED Studios will also offer the Junior Jeeps for sale. The 800kW version will cost EUR 2990 and the stronger 1200 kW version will be sold at EUR 3490.

Vanaf zaterdag 31 oktober (de aanvang van de herfstvakantie) start AED Studios met een nieuw entertainment concept op de terreinen van het Lintse media- en evenementencomplex. 24 elektrische Junior Jeeps staan ter beschikking van jong en oud voor educatieve vrijetijdsbesteding op woensdagnamiddagen en tijdens de weekends en schoolvakanties. De Junior Jeep Experience is de eerste fase om in de toekomst het entertainment aanbod voor jongeren bij AED Studios te verbreden, en dit volledig in lijn met de geldende corona-maatregelen.

De stoere jeeps zijn 100% ecologisch dankzij de volledige elektrische aandrijving. Vanaf 10 jaar mogen kinderen zelf rijden, al dan niet onder begeleiding van een volwassene. AED Studios biedt drie programma’s aan: de ‘Jeep Introduction’ van één uur, de ‘Driver Experience’ van twee uur en het ‘Bootcamp’ van vier uur. Op de ruime terreinen van AED Studios werd een volledig off-road parcours uitgestippeld voor verschillende behendigheidsproeven, inclusief hellingen en een slalomcircuit. De jongeren worden steeds begeleid door instructeurs.

Initiatiefnemer is de CEO van AED Glenn Roggeman: ‘AED Studios staat voor entertainment voor jong en oud. Nu we zien dat grote evenementen en shows met publiek verminderen door de coronacrisis, gingen we op zoek naar alternatieven om toch op een veilige manier ontspanningsactiviteiten te kunnen aanbieden. Met de Junior Jeep Experience koppelen we het nuttige aan het aangename: op een leuke manier trainen jongeren hun behendigheid en leren ze gedisciplineerd omgaan met hun voertuig. We bereiden ze op deze manier ook voor op het verkeer. Alles gebeurt outdoor en in eigen gezinsverband, wat vandaag uiteraard bijzonder belangrijk is.’

Kinderen vanaf 10 jaar mogen zelf rijden, onder de 10 jaar dienen ze verplicht vergezeld te zijn van een meerderjarige begeleider. Deze volwassene kan steeds gratis mee plaats nemen in de jeep. De prijs voor het initiatieprogramma ‘Jeep Introduction’ van één uur bedraagt 59 euro per junior, voor de ‘Driver Experience’ van twee uur betaal je 99 euro en de prijs voor de vier uur durende ‘Bootcamp’ bedraagt 150 euro. Voor verjaardagsfeestjes werd een programma uitgewerkt van 2u30 dat 80 euro per persoon zal kosten. AED Studios zal de Junior Jeeps ook te koop aanbieden. De 800kW- versie zal 2990 euro kosten en de sterkere 1200kW-variant wordt aan 3490 euro verkocht.
