The Peace Palace turned blue! On Saturday, October 24, a special Hague Talks and celebration took place in the context of 75 years of the United Nations, aimed at young people. In the form of an online event; an evening full of dialogues and questions between young people, Minister Blok and President Yusuf of the International Court of Justice, led by UN Youth Representative Hajar Yagkoubi.

On this evening, Heuvelman provided the livestream that took place from the Peace Palace in The Hague. We have been able to take care of the entire technical production.
The stream was recorded by a camera management of 6 cameras, which ensured that all speakers were clearly visible from different angles. The speakers were able to present their story easily and professionally by means of an autocue.
The livestream is hosted on the social media channels of Hague Talks.
Solution
Heuvelman has ensured that everything went smoothly through directing and internship management. Various large screens have also been placed in the room so that online visitors - who wanted to ask a question - were shown live. In this way it felt less far away and the experience for the viewers at home was as if you were sitting in the hall of the Peace Palace. In addition to the screens, the stage and additional furniture were also conceived and supplied by Heuvelman. The audio and lighting have also been completely taken care of and adjusted in detail for the best result.

Het Vredespaleis kleurde blauw! Zaterdag 24 oktober vond er in het kader van 75 jaar Verenigde Naties een bijzondere Hague Talks en viering plaats gericht op jonge mensen. In de vorm van een online event; een avond vol dialogen en vragen tussen jonge mensen, Minister Blok en President Yusuf van het Internationale Gerechtshof onder leiding van VN Jongerenvertegenwoordiger Hajar Yagkoubi.

Heuvelman verzorgde op deze avond de livestream die plaatsvond vanuit het Vredespaleis in Den Haag. Wij hebben daarbij de gehele technische productie mogen verzorgen.
De stream is vastgelegd door een cameraregie van 6 camera’s, die ervoor zorgde dat alle sprekers goed zichtbaar waren vanuit verschillende hoeken. Door middel van een autocue konden de sprekers hun verhaal makkelijk en professioneel presenteren.

Oplossing
Heuvelman heeft door regie-en stagemanagement ervoor gezorgd dat alles soepel is verlopen. Tevens zijn er verschillende grote beeldschermen in de zaal geplaatst zodat de online bezoekers - die een vraag wilde stellen - live in beeld kwamen. Op deze manier voelde het minder ver weg en was de beleving voor de kijkers thuis alsof je in de zaal van het Vredespaleis zat. Naast de schermen zijn ook het podium en aanvullend meubilair bedacht en geleverd door Heuvelman. Ook zijn de audio en de verlichting volledig uit handen genomen en tot in detail afgesteld voor het beste resultaat.
