City Market Social House

Located in Downtown Los Angeles’ Fashion District, City Market Social House boasts 20,000 square feet of newly renovated, fully permitted, contemporary private event space, in a historic warehouse setting. Once LA’s oldest produce market, the stunning vaulted bow truss ceilings, concrete and exposed brick walls, and free-flowing indoor-outdoor open-air marketplace come to life to host the City’s hottest industry events, award shows, product launches, conferences, private celebrations, and more. City Market Social House is the only warehouse-style facility in Los Angeles that is fully permitted as an event venue with permanent occupancy for up to 1,000 guests, and expanded capabilities to accommodate conferences up to 5,000. Flanked by nine 16-foot roll-up doors, the main studio is seamlessly converted from an interior hall to a 9,000 square feet outdoor pavilion, with plenty of airflow and space for physical distancing. The venue is ADA compliant and has 17 restrooms.
