At our 3 event locations with more than 15 rooms that can receive from 10 to 200 people, you have a wide choice of where your event will take place. We also offer various formulas in the culinary field to make your event unforgettable. A breakfast, reception or dinner? Everything is possible with us.
Easily accessible, also by public transport
Our event locations are located on the CommunicatieCampus in Ghent, along the R4 and the Ghent Ringvaart. Gent Sint-Pieters station is also nearby. From the station you can go on foot, with the blue-bike or with our shuttle services to the Communication Campus and back. We are also easily accessible by car for those coming from the R4, E40 or E17. But participants can also follow the events live via streaming.
During the Whitsun weekend, non-profit organization Arte Musicale came to bring atmosphere to our AuditoRium4. During this duo concert, Chamber Choir Furiant fraternized with the renowned choir Panum Cor from Copenhagen.
