Located in Lyon's 5th arrondissement, the Espace de l'Ouest Lyonnais is a conference center that will captivate you with its two-hectare wooded park. The Espace de l'Ouest Lyonnais can handle your entire event. It features a contemporary space with a modular amphitheater that can accommodate 100 to 350 people and two reception rooms measuring 100m² and 200m².

We also offer a fully renovated former Priory with 20 meeting rooms that can accommodate from 2 to 90 people. The rooms are modular and all equipped with video projectors. You can therefore hold your training sessions, meetings, team-building sessions, exams, etc.

The amphitheater is equipped with three video projectors, lighting equipment, and a professional mixing desk. A sound engineer and a technical representative are available to assist you with familiarizing yourself with the facilities and equipment. You will also have access to three screens installed throughout the amphitheater to increase the visibility of your presentations and ensure better understanding of the information by your participants.
