Ferme Koer is a unique event location located in rural Binkom, a stone's throw from Leuven and only ten minutes from the E40, exit Boutersem. What makes this location so special is the combination of an authentic farm setting with modern facilities, without compromising the charming appearance of the original farm. The farm, which dates back to the early 20th century, has been carefully renovated to accommodate large and small events, with indoor spaces that are heated, lit and equipped with electricity.

At Ferme Koer, everything revolves around freedom and flexibility. Guests have the opportunity to fully design their event according to their own wishes. Whether you opt for an informal setting with folding chairs and pallet furniture, or a more traditional setup, it is all possible. You are free to choose your own suppliers, and Ferme Koer offers support where required. The location is suitable for events from 25 to 225 people, depending on the layout.

Exclusivity is an important feature of Ferme Koer. There is never more than one event taking place at a time, which ensures privacy and an intimate atmosphere. Whether you are planning a wedding, company party or other gathering, the entire farm is at your disposal. Events are also possible in the winter months thanks to the recently installed roof insulation, although you should take into account additional heating costs.

Drinks and service are always provided by Ferme Koer, and for music there is a basic sound system available, with the option to arrange additional equipment.
