The Collection is a very attractive and lovingly decorated location (chosen as the most beautiful meeting location in the Netherlands 2012) for meetings, team days, small receptions, wedding location and farewell location. The location is in the armpit of the Rhine and the IJssel, near the water. The Collection has 100 free parking spaces opposite the property and is easily accessible by public transport. The name of The Collection comes from a collection of modern art that can be found in the building. The Collection is also a gallery. All art is for sale. One can meet between this art in an inspiring environment. As a visitor to The Collection, you are the only group that has a booking that day. There is never double booking so that all attention goes to you and your guests. A hostess who ensures perfection and an atmosphere in which the visitor feels like a valued customer ... a wonderful experience! When you book a meeting in The Collection you will never forget this.

prime location!!
Prime location!!
The Collection is very centrally located, both by car and by train, you can get there quickly. Large parking lot in front of the door.
The atmosphere is great, beautifully decorated and you get all the attention from the hostess Marie-José.
Our group has been pampered. Highly recommended.
Inspiring surroundings

Parting
Last weekend we said goodbye to my mother in a beautiful location "de verzsmeling".
It was very special, very well guided by Marie-Jose. We can look back on a nice farewell in an informal atmosphere.

The collection; Top in atmosphere and level
Atmospheric, dull, routine and cold. You will never find these qualifications in reviews or reviews when it comes to the programs of De Collectie.
Again and again, visitors are surprised by highly varied performances at a high level. The intimate atmosphere and the always more than hospitable reception in the former church in Westervoort partly determine the experience of a wonderful afternoon or evening at the theatre.
Corona threw a spanner in the works for too long. But now that there are finally possibilities again, I will certainly acte de presence again like many years before Corona. I look forward.

A precious goodbye
After the death of my wife, we have chosen a location that honors a life that has been lived there, full of compassion and understanding of what it is all about. Marie José and Jan van Hekke possess these qualities in an entourage that can be called unique. We look back on that with great gratitude.

Surprising and nice location for a heat session!
We always try to find an inspiring but quiet location for the annual heat session of our management team, which means a thorough discussion of the organization in about 6 to 7 hours. This year the choice fell on De Collectie in Westervoort, where we could make a reservation on 6 July. The arrival was immediately pleasant: Marie-José welcomed me in a very pleasant and warm way and immediately started talking enthusiastically about their beautiful building. The high light space with beautiful and special art was especially different from what I had imagined, but in the right way: invitingly different. The room in which we would spend the day was pleasantly light with an unobstructed view of the surroundings and comfortable chairs; The fact that the door did not stay closed properly when the window was opened did not spoil the fun. We were well looked after with tasty and above all a lot of coffee (which is very important to us, Marie-José had seen that well), a nice, well-maintained lunch in the central room and delicious yogurt with fruit in the afternoon. Everything was brought in in an unobtrusive way which was very enjoyable. In short, our choice for De Collectie turned out to be a very good one; highly recommended!

Unprecedented atmospheric
The Collection is situated in an unprecedented atmospheric former church. Adapted partly as an office and residence, but mainly equipped for intimate concerts by top musicians and entertainers such as Ellen te Dame, Mike Boddé and many jazz musicians of national and international fame, including Jasper Somsen - double bass, who takes all his jazz friends to this unique place in Westervoort. This while enjoying a drink and snack. Truly a pearl in the region when it comes to small-scale concerts. As an interior architecture firm they do many more artistic activities such as holding an art gallery. I can recommend everyone to take a look here, about preferring to attend another concert. I'm sure you'll be instantly impressed and will take a pass-partout. Owners Jan and Marie-José van Hekke are wonderful hosts who make all this possible.

We have started with small-scale concerts (up to 35 people) in De Verzekering. Concerts that connect people. Due to the Corona we can receive smaller groups, this makes visiting a concert intimate and almost private. People can purchase a passe-partout so that they are always guaranteed a performance.
