Steven mainly works with ingredients from the early market in Brussels. A wholesale market that offers quality products and values freshness. Unconventional Kitchen is how Steven describes his kitchen. Inventive, pure & somewhat artistic. Just like a Jazz musician knows his scales & knows how to improvise. This surprise effect is also continued in the room by the lively hostess Lies. She provides the right balance between stylish & casual dining in a cozy, warm living room atmosphere.
We also rent our restaurant & location for parties, corporate events, catering, seminars, etc.
