Client Event - March 2024

We hosted an event at the De Montil on behalf of a client and it was a great success! Kim and her team were super helpful in the lead up to the event and the staff onsite during the event were brilliant, efficient and professional. Their support in ensuring that the event ran smoothly and without any issue meant that the client was extremely happy at the end of the day. The venue is spacious and beautiful and can be used for various event types. Their onsite AV supplier, Play, were also fantastic and really supported our every need when it came to the AV requirements to add a real professionalism to the event. We look forward to hosting an event there in the future.

Another successful staff event in De Montil

After a successful staff event (meeting with subsequent BBQ) in September 2023, we were again very satisfied with our New Year's staff event (meeting incl. reception and walking dinner) in January. Very smooth organization of the entire event for a very large group (including breakout rooms), which is not always easy. Once again, very good service and the necessary flexibility were demonstrated. Finally, the catering was again very much appreciated. In short, tip top condition again!

Very successful staff party at De Montil

We organized our staff party at the Montil and we were very satisfied with the collaboration! Everything was followed properly and correctly, everyone was ready to help and nothing was too much. All this always with a smile and a kind word. I have also heard only positive reactions from colleagues about the location (which was very beautiful), the organization (which was excellent) and the food (I would happily drive to Affligem again for your lasagna :)).

Ergonomics conferences in De Montil

The professional association for ergonomics, VerV, has already organized four major events in De Montil. It will become a permanent location for us, which gives us recognisability. The various facilities make it possible to organize tailor-made workshops, plenary sessions and conferences. The flexibility and friendly approach of all employees makes it pleasant to work together. Heart failure day 14/11/2023

For the 3rd year in a row we organized our national heart failure day in De Montil.
We are extremely satisfied with the service, the organization in advance, the friendliness and the opportunity to ask questions last minute. The catering is also great every year!

CIO Leadership Summit in De Montil

Active in the organization of business conferences and events for 20 years, this was our first experience at De Montil. And it has been a good one: great venue, flexibility of the staff, price/value, excellent catering and associated service... So, only positive feedback from our own staff and conference guests as well and God knows we are strict on the details. Clearly, we will come back again !

For the second time, our non-profit organization, Psoriasis Liga Vlaanderen, organized an event in De Montil and for the second time (and without exaggeration) I evaluate this event company succinctly as "You have to be here for the most successful event!".

Voor de tweede keer organiseerde onze vzw, Psoriasis Liga Vlaanderen, een event in De Montil en voor de tweede keer (én zonder overdrijving) evalueer ik dit eventbedrijf kort en krachtig als "Voor het meest geslaagde evenement moet je hier zijn!".
We waren tevreden over de hele lijn: prachtig complex met zalen voor alle soorten meetings, alles gereed en klaar gemaakt zoals vooraf afgesproken, perfecte service, goede keuken met gepaste hulp voor de bediening, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en indien er toch een probleempje opdook, was er altijd iemand bereid om je te helpen.
De Montil is top professioneel maar heeft ook oog voor de menselijke kant 'van de klant'.

On 16/03 we were forced to cancel our spring fair in De Montil, on 14/09 we were able to organize our autumn fair in De Montil. Thanks to the excellent cooperation with De Montil and its staff, this became a 100% Corona-proof event with a successful course in a relaxed and calm atmosphere despite / thanks to all the precautions. Op 16/03 moesten we nog noodgedwongen onze voorjaarsbeurs in De Montil afgelasten, op 14/09 konden we dan toch onze najaarsbeurs in De Montil organiseren. Dankzij de uitstekende samenwerking met De Montil en haar personeel werd dit een 100% Corona-proof gebeuren met een succesvol verloop in een -ondanks/dankzij alle voorzorgsmaatregelen- ongedwongen en rustige sfeer. De inzet van het personeel gekoppeld aan de uitstekende accomodatie heeft hier enorm toe bijgedragen, een pluim voor hen, van harte dank !

Meeting in De Montil in Corona times

Pro Flandria is a Flemish network of entrepreneurs and academics. We organize a membership meeting for about 100 participants 4 times a year. Afterwards there is a reception with the possibility to have lunch afterwards.

Due to lack of space (Corona rules) in our traditional meeting location, we moved to De Montil in Essene on 19 Sept 2020. It must be said: in De Montil there is more than enough space to hold a meeting for 100 people in accordance with Corona. Because we were very satisfied with the reception, course of the meeting, reception and subsequent lunch, we also booked the Montil directly for our next 2 meetings.

An annual celebration

Every year in September - and this for the 6th time now - we organize a national conference for our profession.
Due to the number of participants, we had to switch from a smaller location to "De Montil" after the first edition.
We haven't regretted this for a moment.
Every year we can look forward to and afterwards very satisfied with a successful event, where the infrastructure, catering and technical support are perfect.
For us, "De Montil" is therefore a synonym for "top" in support of a conference.

In Aalst waarvan ik afkomstig ben vind je zelfs niet een zaal om een capaciteit van zulke omvang neer te zetten , Montil u blijft mijn vertrouwen hebben.

Al jaar en dag organiseer ik als eventplanner bij UNIZO vzw verschillende evenementen bij De Montil. Van kleine vergaderingssessies tot (middel)grote evenementen, het personeel weet er wel raad mee.
Ze weten van aanpakken en zullen er voor zorgen dat alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd is. Ook aan communicatie ontbreekt hen niets. Steeds dezelfde vlotte , gestructureerde aanpak maakt het steeds weer aangenaam samenwerken!

Study day ACV public services De Watergroep 20190618

Every year we organize a study day for our members and militants in the conference center De Montil in Affligem. The convention center is located in a quiet neighborhood, modern building and surrounded by a beautiful garden.
It is nice to work with these people and to make agreements. The success of an event is also partly due to the perfect follow-up and service of the staff.
The catering is of a very good quality.
We would love to come back.

Jaarlijks organiseren wij een studiedag voor onze leden en militanten in het congrescentrum De Montil te Affligem. Het congrescentrum is gelegen in een rustige buurt, modern gebouw en omgeven van een prachtige tuin.
Het is leuk om met deze mensen samen te werken en afspraken te maken. Het slagen van een event is ook mede dank zij de perfecte opvolging en bediening van het personeel.
De catering is van een zeer goed verzorgde kwaliteit.
Wij komen graag terug.
