't Bau-huis is the ideal event location located in the center of Sint-Niklaas. This old warehouse is located between Antwerp and Ghent, it is easily accessible by car (free parking). You can also easily reach us by train or public transport. Only a three minute walk from the Sint-Nikaas station.
We have three rooms. Café + Foyer (300-1000 pers.) Small room (1000 pers.) Large room (1500 pers.) The rooms can easily be reduced if you are targeting a smaller audience.
The ideal location for all your fairs, company parties, music events, receptions, parties ...
You choose how you dress your event and you are free to choose suppliers. Only drinks must be ordered through the Bau house.
