To The Point Events
Bechtle Workplace Summit
At the end of September we organised our second Bechtle Workplace Summit, and for the first time with To The Point Events as a partner. We asked them to organise an event with us for a special IT audience, with a whole range of partners who all had to have a place in the whole.
The highlight? Three beautiful experience greenhouses, set up in a cool market hall. The location was great and everything came into its own just as we had imagined it. To The Point Events not only gave us advice that we could really use, but also made sure that we could enjoy the day itself with peace of mind. Because let's be honest: such a day is always hectic, full of unexpected situations that need to be solved. But Jan and his team really gave us the feeling that everything was under control and that we could tackle even the biggest problems. And they did!
The result? The day went smoothly, clients and colleagues enjoyed themselves, and the event was a great success. Of course, we took some lessons with us for next year – there is always room for improvement. But one thing is for sure: we are super happy with To The Point Events as a partner. They were always available, ready to support us and brought the necessary fun with them. In between all the hustle and bustle, we even had time for some fun selfie moments, which made the day unforgettable!
Thanks to Jan and the whole team for a great event, hopefully we can do it again next year😉

Perfectly organised family day
Cosy family day at HARIBO Kontich. At HARIBO we are very proud of our products and our people. And our people are also proud of the work they do, which they were happy to show during the family day. Last Saturday we welcomed more than 300 colleagues and their family members for an exclusive tour of our factory in Kontich, where the most delicious Chamallows are made. It was a fantastic day full of fun and beautiful memories for young and old. Everyone could see with their own eyes how our delicious Chamallows are made and of course everything could be tasted, straight from the production line! The children enjoyed the bacon, but also other things that we had organised together with Cum Laude such as the bouncy castles, a balloon clown and even a bacon swimming pool! The food trucks provided delicious snacks and everyone left with a smile and a well-filled goodie bag. A big thank you to Annemie from Cum Laude for organising this family day perfectly. We have never received so many compliments afterwards. Until next time.

And also not unimportant, in times of labour shortage, event agencies usually have a high-quality network of people who can be involved as real professionals at your event.
A tip: collaboration really works! Make sure you form a (close) team with the people from your team, the event agency, and the main event suppliers.
Another thing, when you want to collaborate with an event agency
If you request a quote from an event organisation agency, always ask in advance whether it is free or whether you have to pay for it. And you know what is also a hot topic? Pitching! If you are going to let the event agencies pitch, first make a pre-selection in advance to know what could be the most appropriate event agencies for you. Don't let too many event agencies pitch. This causes unnecessary work (and demotivation).
