Team Leader/People Planner

Job details

You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of our hosts and hostesses, promos brand ambassadors, you make planning and set up briefings, you work in the field (leading by example) and follow up customers. All this with a punctual administration.

Job description:

  • Fieldwork - Very often you will work at events or start an action. There you are the contact for our client and our crew.
  • Leading by example - On the field you coach our employees and ensure that everything is in order.
  • Communication - After the actions you give an extensive debriefing to your colleagues in the office. Before and after an action you ensure good communication with the customers and our Frontliners.
  • Social Media - Post photos, videos and fun posts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Proactive recruitment - You search for new talent through various channels.
  • Screening candidates - Get to know your new crew better at the office or on location.
  • Selection and planning – Together with your colleagues, you ensure a perfectly composed team for every event.
  • Stand-by - You and your colleagues take turns being on standby so that there is sufficient work-life balance for everyone.
  • You are skilled in administration: drawing up contracts, briefings and reports, all actions are logged in our system...


Profile

  • You know how to tackle things and you especially have a lot of enthusiasm to get started every day. School leavers with a lot of "drive" are also certainly eligible.
  • You are a field animal: you prefer to be at an event every day and give the best of yourself, together with your team!
  • You speak/write Dutch, French and English very fluently.
  • You are a chameleon who feels at home at chic events but can also enjoy sporting activities.
  • You have extensive experience as a host/ess or promo at all kinds of events or you have the right skills to get started quickly.
  • You are a driver, a leader and a motivator. You encourage your team and you set the example.
  • You think customer-oriented: putting the customer first is second nature to you and not a chore.
  • You are digitally skilled (Office package, social media, Canva, smartphone, etc.)
  • Administration and planning don't scare you.
  • You have a broad social interest and you are open to all cultures and backgrounds.
  • Flexible in terms of working hours and task content. Every event is different and we never know what will come our way. Evening work and weekend work are therefore no problem for you. Of course in mutual consultation, because we also find a good work-life balance important!
  • You have a stylish and well-groomed appearance.
  • You are in possession of a B driving license.
  • Pleasantly crazy is definitely a plus, did we mention that?
