Job description:
- You contact customers/exhibitors by telephone with the aim of informing, motivating and guiding them in attracting visitors.
- You encourage exhibitors to participate in the live or online kick-off.
- You ensure that exhibitors complete their online profile so that they have sufficient visibility on the trade fair website.
- You answer numerous practical questions regarding their trade fair participation or you refer them to the right internal contact person.
- You are multi-deployable when the trade fair for which you are responsible takes place.
- You regularly visit a trade fair to optimize contact with the exhibitor.
Profile
- You have experience in conducting qualitative calls in a B2B environment.
- You get satisfaction from telephone customer contact.
- Did you get a Bachelor's degree? Great, but this is not a requirement. We are looking for someone with the right passion and skills.
- You are eager to learn and can switch quickly.
- You know that flexibility is inherent to the event sector and you feel comfortable with this way of working.
- You are Dutch speaking and you have a fluent knowledge of French (especially oral).
- You know how to tackle things and you have strong communication skills.
- You can work smoothly with MS Office.
