In addition to production facilities in Belgium and the USA, we also have various hubs worldwide for rental, sales and technical support. Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Sales & Technical Support Electronics.

Job description:

Are you at home in LED technology and audiovisual systems? In this role, you combine your technical expertise with customer-oriented advice. You support customers and colleagues in the installation and use of our LED solutions and digital products throughout Europe.


Tasks


Technical support & training

  • Advise customers and internal teams on LED display integration.
  • Support the sales team with customer visits and technical questions.
  • Provide training to customers and colleagues on the installation and use of our LED solutions.
  • Ensure training materials are up to date and available.

On-site & remote support

Assist customers with technical issues by phone and remotely.

  • Go on-site to provide hands-on support to customers with LED display installation.

  • Check the quality of our LED screens and coordinate repair actions if necessary.

Showrooms & fairs

Ensure that our audiovisual products are optimally presented in our eight European showrooms.

  • Support our construction team at international trade fairs, so that our technology is perfectly demonstrated.

R&D & Market Trends

Follow the latest developments in LED and AV technology and share insights with the R&D team.

  • Stay up to date with software such as Novastar and other tools used within the AV industry.

  • Optimize the RMA process to help customers quickly and efficiently.


Profile

  • Experience and knowledge of LED screens and other audiovisual technology.
  • Customer-oriented and strong communication skills, with the right technical knowledge to advise customers smoothly.
  • Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and willing to travel occasionally within Europe.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English, additional languages ​​are a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and technical software (e.g. Novastar) within the AV sector.
