Welcome to Grubau BV, the ideal location for your next management off-site event. Situated in the heart of South-West Flanders, with excellent accessibility from the E17 and R8 exit Marke, we offer a stylish and inspiring environment for your business meetings. Our brand new facilities combine modern comfort with the elegant charm of natural stone, creating a unique atmosphere for every event.

Our spacious "Taj Mahal" room is perfect for plenary sessions, receptions and dinners for up to 35 people. With an impressive 75-inch screen and direct access to our beautiful patio, this space is ideal for both formal and informal gatherings.

For smaller groups, the "Calacatta" breakout room can accommodate 8 people. This room is equipped with a Samsung Flip, perfect for creative brainstorming sessions and innovative workshops.

Our "Sample" room, where you can admire a beautiful selection of natural stone samples, offers an intimate setting for boardroom meetings for up to 8 people. The space exudes the essence of craftsmanship and quality, contributing to an inspiring working environment.

In addition, we have the "Carrara" and "Fior di Bosco" break-out rooms, each suitable for 4 people. These stylish rooms offer the perfect setting for smaller meetings or break-out sessions, where privacy and focus are key.

Our Patio, an outdoor space with a capacity of up to 8 people for meetings or 35 people for receptions, offers a refreshing, open-air environment where you can enjoy the outdoors while staying connected to the technological amenities inside.

All spaces are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and there is ample parking, including charging facilities for electric vehicles (advance booking required). Prices are tailor-made and depend on the rented areas and the duration of your event. If desired, we work with a permanent caterer who can provide professional staff, drinks and food.

Prijzen zijn op maat en afhankelijk van de gehuurde zones en de duur van uw evenement. Indien gewenst, werken wij samen met een vaste cateraar die professioneel personeel, drank en gerechten kan verzorgen.
