In the middle of Brabant nature, an hour's drive from Antwerp and 1.5 hours' drive from Brussels, you will find the 14 hectare De Ruwenberg estate. A meeting hotel that is very suitable for your hybrid events, board meetings, (multi-day) meetings, training sessions, piling sessions, residential meetings, outdoor meetings or a conference.
De Ruwenberg is the largest meeting hotel in the Den Bosch region and offers a total of 40 plenary and break-out rooms, all with large windows and a view of the park and the relaxing nature. The rooms are very progressive in technology.
With 40 meeting rooms, De Ruwenberg offers space for all types of meetings, such as hybrid events , meetings, training and product presentations. The meeting rooms are spread over 4 wings, each with its own lounge and terrace and can be reached via spacious, wide corridors. It is possible to reserve part of De Ruwenberg exclusively. For the hybrid events, De Ruwenberg works with a partner specialized in the field of audiovisual options. Different setups are possible; Participants can be present partly physically and partly online. Meeting rooms can communicate with each other via streaming
connected . Cameras are positioned from different angles and studio lighting, image direction and AV specialists are available.
We offer tailor-made meeting packages , tailored to your wishes and needs. We are also happy to help you organize group activities , such as golf clinics, sheep herding, boat trips and fencing.

A meeting has now been organized at De Ruwenberg twice. Nicely requested both times. Hall can be converted without any problems and are also flexible in case of last minute changes.
