The taste of 't Stad has been created here since 1833. And now our brewing site has been completely renewed , with interactive experience rooms, stylish bars, a malt cellar and a trendy shop. In short: this is the place to be for wonderful events and tasteful experiences.
Stadsbrouwerij De Koninck is happy to open its doors for your private or business events. Our surprisingly versatile spaces are ideal for all types of occasions: from presentation to workshop, from cocktail party to walking dinner.
We offer you a choice of 5 unique locations for rental, namely: the Moutkelder, the Brouwerszaal, the Duvel bar, the De Koninck bar and the Binnenstraatje. Each location has its own specific character and atmosphere. For example, the Moutkelder has a more industrial design, while the Brouwerszaal has a historic appearance. Of course it is also possible to combine several rooms. For example, you can combine the two bars into one large room, where up to 180 people can be received.
Do you want to add that little bit more to your event? Which can! We can provide an extra touch with a tasty dimension. A beer tasting, for example, or a tasteful food pairing. And then there is our new brewery tour that completely immerses you in the world of Stadsbrouwerij De Koninck.

Great wedding venue !!
For our wedding party we visited different rooms and had different conversations. At the brewery we were actually sold pretty quickly! Both the nice location and the smooth and fast communication ensured this, we quickly 'clicked'. During the preparations for our wedding, we could always ask questions by e-mail, which were usually answered the same working day. They helped look for solutions or possibilities. The party itself went very smoothly! Thomas, the event coordinator, did a fantastic job! It is a very smooth and approachable person! He is aware of everything and radiates a pleasant calm. The only thing we didn't like was the extra price for the wine and the fact that we didn't have coffee in the evening (admit that we probably forgot about this ourselves). The different sweet beers provided refuge for the wine drinkers, none of our party has complained about this. The minuses do not outweigh all the advantages (good team, smooth service, good communication, many options, many types of beer, good catering options, fantastic DJ, ...) In short, we are very enthusiastic about the Antwerp brewery as a wedding location !!
Ideal for company party
We really enjoyed our company party at De Koninck! We could decorate the De Koninck bar ourselves and it was the ideal setting to party until the early hours with 40 colleagues. We also found the Beer Tour an absolute must to start the evening! Staff and bartenders were very helpful in getting everything running properly.
Excellent location with many possibilities
Our company held a party for the 10th anniversary there. The Duvel Bar and De Koninck Bar were together transformed into the most pleasant location for such a networking and fun event. Due to the flexibility of the spaces, we have held presentations and were able to set up a band of 7 people. The staff is also more than excellent at helping to bring everything to a successful conclusion. Definitely recommend!
Good organization, nice afternoon
The team enjoyed a well-prepared lunch and delicious street food afterwards. As activities we did the interactive tour and then also visited The Park Playground. Good organization, nice room!
Top day!
We enjoyed a well-organized day at the Koninck Brewery with about 50 relations. Lunch was well taken care of and the location is breathtaking in combination with the tour of the brewery. Afterwards we received many nice reactions!
Great location & amp; professional organization
For the RES Café, a networking evening for professionals from the real estate sector, it was only logical that we chose Brouwerij De Koninck as the event location.
In 2015 we helped shape the redevelopment of this site. Brewery De Koninck was therefore the right location for POLO Architects. The on-site service and follow-up by the event manager and project coordinator was very professional and customer-friendly. The catering was provided by J&M catering, a permanent partner of Brouwerij De Koninck. Delicious and refined dishes. Thank you again to everyone for making this evening a successful evening!
Birthday party De Koninck brewery
Thanks to your help and commitment, we gave a super surprise birthday party. Flexible and very friendly people both during the planning and at the party itself. A prime location for people who like to drink beer, guests were pleasantly surprised in all respects !!

Super location & amp; organization
We were spontaneously approached by Chiara and her colleague from Brouwerij De Koninck, had never thought of organizing a business event there. Nevertheless, we were quickly convinced by the beautiful location, the fun concept of offering our guests a tour of the brewery, and the friendly and professional approach. And we have no regrets! It turned out to be a wonderful evening, the caterer (Culinoir) who had been advised was a bull's eye, and everyone present was very enthusiastic. The combination of the location, the tour and the food created a great atmosphere. It will be difficult to find such a nice location in the future ...
Closing moment WRF-2019 at Antwerp City Brewery
In February 2019 we organized the World Resources Forum in Antwerp. After the closing session, we went with all interested international guests to the event hall of the De Koninck brewery. The service was excellent. A fine range of tasty beers, a particularly tasty cheese table from Van Tricht and the possibility for all guests to take the info tour in the brewery made the event complete. The atmosphere was great.

Beautiful surroundings and top service
From the moment we contacted De Koninck Brewery about a location for our corporate event to the moment we closed our party, we have always been able to count on a flexible and reliable team to support us throughout the entire journey. The location itself offers a cozy and rustic atmosphere, the seemingly endless list of available beers an offer that everyone can agree with. This location is definitely recommended!
Wedding party
My wife and I chose this location for our wedding anniversary evening party, for so many reasons .. An industrial look, super modern, the little alleyway lends itself to a cozy and intimate setting, a casual atmosphere, and also easy to get to.
Our communication with Chiara was very clear and smooth, and she was subtly present throughout the evening to see that everything was running as it should. She and her entire crew for that night were very friendly and courteous to all guests! The decoration of the alley and the party room (De Koninck bar) was great. You can see from everything that they have experience with events. Until now mainly for companies, but they also want to make themselves (more) accessible for wedding parties.
We opted for a catering that was not affiliated with the brewery, but this was absolutely no problem.
The hall simply invites to a dance party, and let's not forget to mention the extensive beer options!
It was really a great evening for us at a great location, we can only be very satisfied. Thank you for making our evening so beautiful!

Ideal location for a corporate event. Beautiful plenary room with possibility for breakout sessions. Relaxed and informal setting, which is also continued in the meeting rooms. You imagine yourself in a small village with the presence of a bakery, a butcher, a chocolate shop, a souvenir shop, a restaurant and of course a super cozy bar with friendly staff.
Very professional event team. Everything was worked out down to the last detail and provided: breaks, lunch, flip charts, parking and other ad hoc matters. Nothing is too much and everything is done with a smile.

Wedding party brewery De Koninck
Because my husband and I are in love with Antwerp, we were looking for a typical Antwerp location for our wedding. To us, getting married in the city brewery with a bolleke in hand seemed perfect! And it was! It is a unique setting. Our reception took place in the brewer's house, the room on the first floor with beautiful chandeliers where you also pass during the tour. Our evening party took place in the Duvel bar and De Koninck Bar. Both rooms provide the perfect combination for your guests to give them the choice to just "hang out" and enjoy all the tasty beers that are available in the De Koninck bar or let loose on the dance floor in the Duvel bar . The service from the event coordinators, Thomas and Chiara, was great too! No question was too much. Everything was arranged down to the last detail for us! Thank you very much for this!

Omdat mijn man en ik verliefd zijn op Antwerpen, zochten we een typisch Antwerpen locatie voor ons huwelijk. Trouwen in de stadsbrouwerij met een bolleke in ons hand, leek voor ons perfect! En dat was het ook! Het is een uniek kader. Onze receptie ging door in het brouwershuis, de zaal op de eerste verdieping met prachtige kroonluchters waar je tijdens de rondleiding ook passeert. Ons avondfeest ging door in de Duvel bar en De Koninck Bar. Beide zalen geven de perfectie combinatie voor je gasten om ze de keuze te laten om enkel "toog te hangen" en te genieten van alle lekkere bieren die te verkrijgen zijn in de De Koninck bar of volledig los te gaan op de dansvloer in de Duvel bar. De service van de event coördinators, Thomas en Chiara, was ook geweldig! Geen enkele vraag was teveel. Voor ons was alles tot in de puntjes geregeld! Heel erg bedankt hiervoor!
