Job description:
- You are the point of contact for De Ruwenberg and the link between the guest and your colleagues from other departments.
- You start your working day with a briefing so that you are well informed and no one is faced with any surprises.
- You are responsible for the smooth running of check-in and check-out, among other things.
- You answer questions from guests by telephone and email.
- You enjoy carrying out and prioritizing various tasks.
- You have a lot of contact with the other departments (housekeeping, technical service and F&B).
- You provide general tourist information, information about public transport, restaurants, shuttle bus, etc.
Profile
- You live in the Sint-Michielsgestel area.
- You are available full-time (38 hours per week)
- Ambitious, eager to learn enthusiast who can work well in a team as well as independently.
- You are presentable, stress-resistant and have a sense of responsibility.
- You are a specialist in hospitality, have a human touch and a positive attitude.
- A flexible receptionist who is able to think “out of the box” and respond to requests in a hospitable manner.
- You work accurately and think in solutions.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.

- A gross monthly salary based on the hospitality industry collective labor agreement and tailored to your work experience.
