Since the way to the hearts of men and women is through their stomachs, you should also check which catering facilities are available. Do you have to work with an in-house caterer or do you choose one yourself? Sufficient moments to consume food and drinks at your event are always appreciated. Also important: how are safety and environmental standards? Are there emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first-aid facilities? Does this event location offer sufficient technical equipment such as audiovisual facilities and, of course, internet and Wi-Fi? Does the room have enough light?
